Instructions for Use of Automobile Road Simulator

Equipment Composition The equipment consists of two vibration tables for the front wheels of the car and two support frames for the rear wheels of the car, as shown in Figure 1.

1. Positioning the Equipment:
   • Lift the car to a suitable height using a lifting machine.
   • Push the four devices to the corresponding positions of the four wheels.
   • Slowly lower the car until all four tires rest securely in the tire holders.
   • Lower the lifting cup of the equipment to provide support and lock the locking nut tightly.
   • Continue lowering the lifting machine until it is 5 cm away from the car chassis, then stop.
   • Boot up the equipment to start the test.

Operating Instructions:

1. Confirm that the device is plugged into a four-hole socket with a power supply of AC 380V, 50Hz, and proper grounding.
2. Ensure that each wire of the power supply main line is at least 4 square millimeters.
3. Turn the plug key to the right to open the switch. The red indicator light will turn on.
4. Press the start button and adjust the speed control knob until the display reads above 15.
5. The device will begin to move up and down. The maximum value is 30.
6. For general chassis inspection, adjust the value to 20 to simulate a bumpy road surface.
   • Note: It is not recommended to adjust the value to 30 immediately.
